Returns:  Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your package, we ask that you examine it closely Prior to opening the factory sealed product packaging. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exchange or return your product at Groupe Rondeau. All requests for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number have to be made by sending an email to us (use box below). IMPORTANT: Packages returned without an RMA number or returned without the original packaging will be refused. We will make every effort we can to exchange or give you a refund on most items you buy online, within 30 days after your receive your order. However some manufacturers do not accept returns after 7 days; in this case you need to contact them directly via their support line. Due to copyright laws, all Software, and all CDs or DVDs in unsealed condition won’t be eligible for refund or exchange. Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable.
