Online AvailabilityIn Stock Usually ships next business day. We will ship the product once we are sure that stock is available. Out of Stock: Will ship when available. This product is currently out of stock in our warehouse. We are unable to obtain a precise date of availability from the manufacturer; however, we are trying our best to confirm availability dates. The product will be shipped as soon as the stock is available. **Please Note** Availability displayed on our product pages may change while you complete the checkout process, as it is during this time that our system obtains updated inventory levels for the product(s) you have selected. Availability displayed on our web site is only an estimate, and is subject to change. Shipping cost is estimated around 15.00$ for most orders, but some heavy products will be charged more upon your aceptance.For west and east provinces shipping fee is 20.00$, plus a 5.00$ tax will be added for electronic material. Also some heavy products will be charged more upon your aceptance. Delivery details Delivery of your order is subject to the availability of our inventory. We may split your order into more than one shipment, depending on the availability of each product. If you ask for your order to be split, you will be charged 7.00$ for the extra delivery. If you need to receive one of your products sooner, we recommend that you place it in a separate order to avoid any possible delays. Your credit card will not be charged until we have shipped your product. Carriers usually deliver between 8 am and 5 pm local time. If you are not home to accept delivery, we will leave you a delivery notification card with further details and a pick up location. For your own security, please bring proper photo identification when you pick up your order. Delivery areas For your convenience, we deliver anywhere in Canada. To make sure that orders being sent to PO boxes and rural route addresses get to their proper destination, please include a physical street address, highway number and/or an emergency number with your order. We are currently unable to accept or ship orders outside of Canada. Returns (RMA) For Returning Products Purchased Online Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your package, we ask that you examine it closely Prior to opening the factory sealed product packaging. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exchange or return your product at Groupe Rondeau. All requests for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number have to be made by sending an EMAIL to RMA@grouperondeau.com. It will take approximately 2 to 5 business days before an RMA is issued to you. IMPORTANT: Packages returned without an RMA number will be refused. Your RMA number is valid for 7 days. Simply return the product in the same condition as when you purchased it, with all manuals, accessories, in the original packaging. We will make every effort we can to exchange or give you a refund on most items you buy online, within 30 days after your receive your order. However some manufacturers do not accept returns after 7 days; in this case you need to contact them directly via their support line. Due to copyright laws, all Software, and all CDs or DVDs in unsealed condition won’t be eligible for refund or exchange. Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part. All products (both defective and non-defective) must be returned in their original purchase condition, with the original packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and any other item or accessory provided by the manufacturer. IMPORTANT: In the event that a returned order has items missing, the order may be refused, or the value of the missing materials may be deducted from the total credit amount. On purchases made with a credit card, the same card used to make the purchase will be credited with the refund. The credit will be made within 7 to 14 business days of us receiving and verifying the returned merchandise
